Called a dear college friend for her birthday. We spoke for over an hour. It had been a long time since we'd talked and I was thrilled to catch up with her.
Later I went with my sister to the “nice gym.” The Hollywood branch of my gym is a longer drive away, but it's newer and so much more pleasant. I took a spin class and felt so good.
