We had a beach day today. Peter, Ali & I went to the beach with Efua and Cleo. The water was cold, but the weather was gorgeous. As you can see from the girls' squeals of delight they loved the waves and being at the ocean. Word of warning: put the volume down when you watch the video. Did I mention that the girls are squealing/screaming? It was really fun though.
I find that because of this project I'm taking more time for these types of things... things like beach outings on a Friday afternoon, hiking on a Monday morning, road trips to San Diego. I'm spending more quality time with Ali, Peter, and other people we love. It's really great.
